Working with us

Process

Brief and site survey

Send drawings in any format, or a sketch and a photograph. We measure on site where the fit matters, and confirm access before anything is designed.

Concept design

Layouts, materials and a first cost range. You see where the money goes before the detail is fixed.

Shop drawings and cut lists

Full production drawings, setting-out and schedules, issued as PDF plus DWG or DXF, with 3D as STEP on request — together with cutting lists and CNC-ready files for the joinery. Coordinated with M&E, AV and the kitchen designer. Two hold points: shop-drawing approval and sample sign-off. Changes after either are re-priced and add to the programme, so we tell you the cost in weeks before you decide.

Handover to the joinery

The joinery you choose builds from the same model the drawings came from, so what is machined is what was approved. We answer the workshop’s questions and update the files if anything changes.

Installation support

Installed by the joinery. We coordinate with site, check the fit against the drawings and resolve questions as they come up.

As-built documentation

An as-built set on handover: final drawings, finish specifications and fixing schedules in one place — not chased six months later.
